2. Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX) or bank transfer.
3. For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. If no credit card details provided, booking will not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from your credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your credit card for the processing fee at all.

  Free shuttle boat to and from "Saikaew Beach Resort"
  - Our shuttle boat (capacity of 70 persons) with life jackets depart "Seree Ban Phe pier" and "Saikaew Beach Resort" as following schedule :
  From "Seree Ban Phe" - 08:00, 11:00, 13:30, 16:00
  From "Saikaew Beach Resort" - 10:00, 12:30, 15:00, 17:00
  Note : Travelling time 30 minutes (Approx)

  Cancellation Policy :
  - Written cancellation (by email or fax) is required to E-Biz Travel at least 3 working days prior to arrival date (not including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays), one night room rate as penalty will be charged.
  - No Show is subject to 50% of voucher or 1 night charge.

  For any cancellation during Weekend and High season, below conditions are applied :
  - During Weekend and High Season, 1 night non-refundable
  - During Peak Season, Long Weekend, Songkran Holiday, New Year and Other festive season, 50% of voucher Non Refundable
