Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings are required to make in advance prior to arrival.
2. Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX) or bank transfer.
3. For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. If no credit card details provided, booking will not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from your credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your credit card for the processing fee at all.

Remark :
  - Companion charge : Baht 500 nett / room / night
  - Check-out time = 12:00 noon (Any extension after 12:00 noon will be levied at 50% of room rate. Extension till 18:00 hrs. will be charged at a full day room rate.
  - Baby cot is free of charge
  - Child under 12 years sharing same room with parents (no extra bed provided) will be free of charge (Maximum 2 children); however, child over 4 years will be charged 50% for breakfast and child over 12 years will be charged full price.

Terms & Conditions during Peak Season (25 Dec 05-10 Jan 06)
  - 50% deposit of room & meal is required no later than 31 October 2005
  - Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
  - E-Biz Travel reserves the right to release all rooms which are non-guaranteed by deposit

No Show charge :
  - No show charge is subject to one night room charge EXCEPT during peak season (25 Dec 05-10 Jan 06)
  - During peak season (25 Dec 05-10 Jan 06), no show charge is equivalent to the total room reserved and full length of stay. E-Biz Travel reserves the rights to release the room(s) booking if guest do not check-in before 6.00 PM except having advance notice.
  - Early check-out will be charged one more night.

Cancellation :
  - Any cancellation must be done in writing (by email / fax) to E-Biz Travel at least 7 days prior to arrival (Not including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday)
  - Failure to notify will automatically result in one night room charge EXCEPT during peak season (25 Dec 05-10 Jan 06), the failure to notify will be charged as the equivalent of the total room reserved and full length of stay
