2. Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX) or bank transfer.

  - No shows : 3 nights charge

High Season (1 Nov-10 Dec & 11 Jan-30 Apr)
  - Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival : No charge
  - Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival : 1 night charge
  - No shows : 1 night charge

Low Season (1 May-31 Oct)
  - Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival : No charge
  - Cancellations 3 days or less prior to arrival : 1 night charge
  - No shows : 1 night charge
