Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings are required to make in advance prior to arrival.
2. Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX) or bank transfer.
3. For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. If no credit card details provided, booking will not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from your credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your credit card for the processing fee at all.

Remark :
  - Villa : Maximum 2 adults, the third person has to pay for extra bed
  - There is no room charge for a child under 12 years old sharing room with parents (Maximum 1 child per room). American Breakfast is compulsory at Baht 150.
  - Baby cot : Free of Charge
  - Check-in : 14:00 hrs., Check-out : 12:00 noon
  - Day use from 12:00-17:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of room rate

Cancellation/Now Show Policy :
  - Written cancellation by email or fax must be made to E-Biz Travel at least 2 working days during low season (1 May-31 Jul 04 & 1 Sep-31 Oct 04) and 7 working days during high season (6 Jan-30 Apr 04 & 1-31 Aug 04) prior to arrival date; otherwise, one night charge of total room reserved will be charged as penalty.
  - In case of no show, guests will held responsible for total room and meal reserved.
  - In case of early check-out, notice must be received by E-Biz Travel at least 24 hours; otherwise, guests will held responsible for one night charge of the total room reserved.
