Remark :
  - Check-in time : After 14:00 hrs./Check-out time : 12:00 noon. Room used from 12:00 noon on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of room rate. Rooms occupied beyond 18:00 hrs. will be charged at the full room rate, unless specifically specified otherwise in writing by the hotel.

  - Fom Samui Airport to Hotel : Baht 180 net per person per way
  - From Samui Ferry Pier to Hotel : Baht 220 net per person per way
  - From Samui Ferry Pier or Airport to Hotel : Baht 500 net per way per van

Cancellation/No-show Policy :
   - Written cancellation by email or fax is required to E-Biz Travel at least 7 working days during Normal season & 14 working days during 20 Dec 05-15 Apr 06 & 1-31 Aug 06 ; otherwise, one night room rate per each room reserved will be charged.
  - No-show will be charged one night per each room reserved.

All rooms are equipped with all natural materials, made by teakwood and are hidden among the lush tropical greenery.
