1. Bookings are required to make in advance prior to arrival.
2. Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX) or bank transfer.
3. For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. If no credit card details provided, booking will not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from your credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your credit card for the processing fee at all.

Remark :
  - Family Superior Room can accommodate 4 people
  - There are a maximum of three bed
  - There is no charge on room only for child under 12 years old sharing a room with adults without extra bed, compulsory ABF at Baht 100 per child under 12 years old will be applied.
  - Baby cot is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation/No-show Policy :
  - Any room cancellation within 3 working days for Low Season (16 Apr-20 Jul & 1 Sep-20 Dec) , 7 working days for High Season (11 Jan-15 Apr & 21 Jul-31 Aug), and 14 Days for Peak Season (21 Dec-10 Jan) prior to the arrival date will be subject to:
  (1) 3 nights full revenue for Peak Season (During 21 Dec-10 Jan)
  (2) 1 Night full revenue for the rest of season
  (3) The same policy applies to "No Show" and Early Check-out"
